One of the brackets on my trusty MDR 7506's cracked, so I created this replacement. My headphones are almost twenty years old and still rocking! Version A is printed in the photo. Version B has some minor cosmetic tweaks that make it even cooler. The biggest difference is that the round part is thicker than the original. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .27 mm I included supports. I used ABS at 30% infill with 2 shells, and it worked perfectly. I suggest not increasing the infill too much or it might be hard to stretch them enough to fit them in. They don't need to be bullet-proof. If you're using PLA, use a slightly lighter infill because it's stiffer material. That way, you can stretch it enough to fit it over. Post-Printing: Cleanup Remove the ears and remove the little supports for the pins. You'll probably want to go around them with a knife to make them nice and round before trying to install them - it's a close fit! It might be helpful to warm up the parts before stretching them over the earpiece. I recommend replacing the stock screw with a longer one if possible.
