Sony MDR 1000X hinge 3D print model

So I figured I'd create an entire hinge from scratch using the Sony MDR 1000X headphones as reference points. You've got to print each component with raft support layers, after which you'll need to remove any supports and lightly sand the clips that secure the various components together. Assemble them once before mounting on the headphones, for a seamless fit. To ensure those plastic screws are locked in place, I utilized thread lock solution, available at most stores. I recommend printing this project with an overhang strategy.
