Sony's ICR-S71 Radio Battery Lid Screw The ICR-S71 is a good radio, but its battery lid and screw are easily lost. The battery lid can still be ordered from the shop, but the screw that comes with it is out of stock. I decided to create my own data using a 3D printer to fix this problem. I am now using it on my own radio and I'm glad I did because it works well. The screw I printed was white, but you could also use black filament to match the original product. By the way, in the photo, the lid is bent upwards, but the data size fits perfectly. If you force it to print horizontally with the slicer software, it will fit snugly into the battery lid. Maybe the bed temperature during printing was too high. Please make sure to keep the setting as strong as possible when printing. I tried many different settings for the slicer software, but even then I couldn't get the right strength. If you still can't achieve the desired strength, try copying the part from a 3D printed model using clay from Daiso and UV resin. This method is shown in a YouTube video where they copy plastic model parts.
