Sony HDR-AS200V with Case Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
It's a top-of-the-line low-poly model - the Sony HDR-AS200V with Waterproof Case SPK-AS2, used across various fields in 3D-Graphics like game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, and visualization, among others. The model was crafted using ortho-photos from a real action camera, so it boasts precise authenticity. User-friendliness is high with the model made up of only a few meshes - keeping resource consumption low. The Case has four basic color materials, one glass material, and three textured materials combined in different ways to achieve various effects like masks for logos or signs, bump textures for signs and holes, and a noise texture on the black plastic. Optimally, repeat these textures 3 by 3 for best results. The camcorder itself uses just three materials (Body, Glass, and Lens). No matter which renderer is chosen, this Camcorder model will always look lifelike due to high-resolution photo-textures of top-notch quality. The carefully thought-out topology of the low-poly model paired with detailed textures allows for minimal polygon use while delivering maximum quality, even when zoomed in. For enhanced realism, advanced features like Specular, Glossiness, and Bump textures are included in the Camcorder model's texture set. To maximize Bump depth, adjust Bump Multiplier to 0.1 - 0.2 in Maya Software materials or V-Ray MTL materials across all textures that use bump. Specular and Glossiness maps also add reflective and dispersing properties to different parts of the model, creating a rich, multi-material effect without needing more assets. A total of seven primary textures are included, ranging from 512 to 2048 square pixels in .png format. Original texture files are available in .PSD format within the archive. The model was created using Maya 2009 and comes with accurate real-world dimensions in centimeters. All parts are grouped and named correctly for easy handling. A render-scene is also provided, prepped in Maya 2014 with V-Ray 2.40, ensuring smooth performance in earlier versions (Maya 2012 and V-Ray 2.0). This scene features seven V-Ray Rect Lights and reflectors and utilizes the V-Ray MTL material. To avoid unnecessary animation keys, remove any keys set for model or render camera translation and rotation channels if needed. To adapt the model to other 3D software, scenes are saved in .fbx, .obj, .DAE, and .max (2010 version) formats. Note: Since this is a low-poly model, it's designed specifically without any smoothing modifiers - intended use does not involve these functions.
