First, some explanation. It's been over a year since I released the original model and because it's been kinda popular and I improved the design, I'm uploading it too. This one is designed for PETG, the original is for PLA. I originally made spring-like infill to get some flexibility from rigid PLA but it works only that well. Soon I realized PETG is much more suitable material for this, I was avoiding it just because of it's shiny, glossy surface but it works so much better. I saw you can even buy matte PETG filaments these days…The central arc is left hollow this time, providing perfect flexibility which also keeps its properties over time. You shouldn't need to drill anything this time, only easily remove the snug supports and be ready to put it together. The steps required to dismantle/complete the headphones are described in the original post. You can check what settings to use in 3mf file or use it to reslice for another printer than Mini, or simply go straight for prepared gcode for 0.15mm/PETG/MINI.tl;dr: Use the original one if you plan to print with PLA.You can get more parts here: Sony Gold Wireless Headset cushion holders by Ren | Download free STL model | Printables.comPS1: You can also use arc welder or similar tool to convert the gcode and get perfectly smooth outer shell, if you run some more advanced printer like Prusa Mini capable of processing G2/G3 gcode instructions. I can't upload it here because Printables' checking engine won't allow “unknown” instructions in gcode.PS2: Use PrusaSlicer. No kidding, forget all the tools from the old days, my 3mf files contain various modifiers and similar advanced features, so with PS you won't have to ask in comments why there are these odd blocks or why the slicing didn't went well…
