Here's a quick mount I've designed specifically for a Sony Effio 700 TVL CCD Camera on my Ycopter350 Multirotor. There is approximately three degrees of rearwards tilt integrated into the frame, utilizing nitro fuel tubing and bolts to secure the camera in place while adjusting the tilt by tightening or loosening the top bolts. This design also serves as a cushion in the event of a crash, positioning the camera against the rubber to allow for slight movement upon impact. Uploading pictures is scheduled for a later date. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Layer Height Infill: 50% Notes: I've only printed with ABS so far, which I strongly recommend. For the initial layer, set your extruder temperature to 240c and your bed temperature to 115c, then apply a thin coat of ABS Juice for improved adhesion. Allow your extruder temperature to drop to 230c and your bed temperature to 110c after the first layer is complete. For optimal results, limit your print speed to a maximum of 2800mm/min. During the initial phase with the thinner base section, significantly reduce the print head's speed while introducing a gentle flow of air through the printer with the fan set to approximately 25 out of 255 on RAMPS versions 1.3 or 1.4. Post-Printing Note: Post-processing involves a smooth, manual sanding and removal of any visible support material using gentle, sweeping motions across the surface.
