My kid's obsessed with her Sony Alpha 55 - she came up with the brilliant idea of turning it into a flashlight! I quickly got to work making it happen. To start, I grabbed a standard 12V LED strip and attached it using an M6 screw. Next, I drilled some tiny holes for the cable to run through. Since the LEDs can get pretty hot - they max out at 60C° - I opted for PETG (which stays stable up to 80C°) to ensure everything stays secure. Now my little one's got a Sony-powered flashlight camera that she absolutely loves!
