Sony Alpha Cap, 40mm diameter Cap for Sony Cameras

07/04/2016 I've resized the caps for a better fit and uploaded a version with the Sony logo. If anyone prints it, I appreciate your feedback. 03/04/2016 I lost my Sony Alpha 6000 camera lens cap, so I decided to design one myself. I'm sorry, but both STL files need the cap to be flipped upside-down when opened for good printing. They should both print without issues at 0.2 or 0.25 mm resolution. Have a look in the printing program and scroll through the layers to ensure there's enough gap between the moving parts. I tried all materials - ABS, PLA, and Nylon. The best print is likely PLA as the "spring system" reacts better... ABS tends to wear out... Nylon is too sloppy! For some reason, the one with DANIJETS written on it works better.
