Print with raft, 100% infill and no support structures. This is to replace the bottom teeth of the carousel inside the 400-disc DVD changers Sony DVP-CX777ES and DVP-985v. I broke 75 teeth on one of my changers due to a misaligned roller. Instead of declaring the carousel a total loss, I was able to fix it with this thing and my Tevo Tarantula printer. This has 100 teeth on it so after printing, cut to the needed length and slide it on in the area of the broken teeth. Once the player is verified working, put some glue to keep it in place.
