thingiverse
This is the Sonoff mini R4 pogo pin programmer. Stop soldering wires to that small pads to reflash the first time the itead Sonoff. Just plug the mini R4 into this pogo pin jig and start reflash.Pay attention, probably you must scrape a bit the PCB pads surface to have a best conection. I generally use the tip of the blade of my precision model knife. A needle is good too.what you need to complete this thing:4 pogo pins type P75-B1 (1.02 mm dia)2 rods 1mm dia x 10 mm len (as hinge pins)small wires and duponts connectorssmall shrink tube (strongly recommended due to the small distance between contacts)3.3 V usb/ttl converterTools:1mm dia drill bitPay attention, pogo pins are really fragile objects.I suggest to carefully ream the holes with the 1mm drill bit, then try to push pogo in place. If too much force is needed then stop, ream a bit more with the drill bit and try again.
