Sonicmodell HD Wing Nose Hole Cover & DG Air Speed Sensor
thingiverse
This has been printed and is now securely attached to the nose of the HD wing. Its primary function is to enhance aerodynamics by minimizing airflow towards the Pixhawk FC. One of the nozzle plugs features a 4mm hole, specifically designed for a digital airspeed sensor. Depending on your printer's specifications, you may need a 4mm drill bit to accurately size the hole for seamless sensor insertion. On our Z-ultra T calibrated printer, using an extrusion multiplier of 1.0 yielded a snug fit without requiring glue. The sensor pipe is designed to attach securely without additional adhesive. I will upload photos once the epoxy has fully dried.
