This adapter was made specifically for the Philips Sonicare Essence (e-series) toothbrush, but it may work with other models as well. To install this adapter, screw a slightly longer screw into your existing face plate. You can purchase a 6-32 screw that's a bit longer at your local hardware store or salvage one from an older outlet cover that uses screws of this type. The cord can be neatly tucked away in the compartment provided. The mount is sturdy enough to hold its own, so you won't need any infill beyond 20%. Printing supports are not required for this design.
