This is an arm mount to hold a 3/4 inch PVC pipe for your transducer arm the part you are looking at is the one with the screws in it that the PVC pipe is going through and has a bolt hole going across to hold the PVC in place the pipe has 2 holes at 90 degrees so you can pin the arm up in this position or down in fishing position done in freecad in abs on ender 3 pro in ABS
