Somfy Sonesse 28 Drive & Mounts

This is to fit a Somfy Sonesse 28 Motor into a 40mm tube. I decided to switch out my manual blind for a Somfy blind engine to match another blind I purchased and found Somfy do not sell these parts unless you are a dealer! so I decided to search on Thingiverse to see if anyone else had made the parts I needed. Sadly that didnt work so here is my parts I created to use with the blind engine. I have created them all in Fusion360 however it appears as I do not have a full licence I can not export. If anyone would like the Fusion files to be able to edit let me know as I believe I can create a link. You will find 4 files in the download list, they should be self explanatory but just incase: Somfy Drive Cog - this is the part which goes at the end of the motor and screws onto the end in order to pass the drive into the tube. Somfy Crown Mount - This slides along the motor and wedges at the end to allow the tube to rotate around the motor and stay in place. Somfy Motor Mount - This screws onto the end of the motor and allows it to attach to the brakets to hold the mount in place. You may need to edit these as I made them to fit the mounts I already had in place. 30mm to 40mm Tube Adapter - This is a simple part which I created as the motor didnt fit into the old tube and I had to replace the tube for the blinds. In doing so the old end mount (the springy end peice) no longer fitted the tube and instead of buying a replacement I made this up to make use of the old end cap. All the parts are designed to be used with the standard 40mm tubes which have 2 ridges running down the length of the tube on the inside. Hopefully these will be the same as for you if you are using them.
