I modeled Aang's bison whistle from atla using nomad sculpt. This is a barely functioning whistle at full size. It takes some practice to get it to whistle somewhat correctly, I recommend positioning the whistle directly in front of your lips so that your bottom lip touches the whistle when you blow.You may have to convert the model to an inch part if your splicer has that option. If not, the to scale dimensions I used were x: 35.549mm, y: 91.015mm, z: 68.745mm.
