You can find here my successful test with a water-soluble PVA Wire, SCAFFOLD and POLY PLUS PLA printed with a dual extruder mode on my Ultimaker 2. After numerous tests and valuable assistance from the community, I discovered this set of parameters to print the SCAFFOLD using a 0.3mm nozzle and Cura 2.7 at 0.2mm per layer. I'm utilizing a custom head called "Dual_Balance," but these parameters can also be applied to your dual printer with a 0.3mm nozzle.
