This system was primarily intended for smaller plants to be grown in a Kratky setup, using 1-inch rockwool cubes or any other material that fits perfectly. The planter accommodates 16oz Solo cups. It's ideal for growing herbs near the kitchen window and is also a great way for kids to learn about indoor gardening. In the photo, I have a thriving lemon tree seedling that came from a store-bought lemon.
