Customized Version of Thing #16627 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Instructions for Using These Options: Using the Following Settings: Teeth Are Disabled, So Teeth Number is Unimportant. Additional Tooth Depth: Zero mm Pulley Bushing Diameter: Eighteen Millimeters Retainer: Present, With One Available Pulley Bushing Height: Eight millimeters Extra Tooth Width: 0.2 mm, For a Slender Profile Major 3 Bolt Flats Diameter: Five point Seven Millimeters Pulley Throat Depth: Twelve Millimeters Bolt Hole Diameter: Three point Two Millimeters Gearbox Height Above Centerline: Sixteen mm is Preferred but six will suffice Idler Gear Shaft Height: One and a Half millimeters high, Minimum Use Idler: Yes, idler is one of these options available to be turned on. Bolt Head Depth, From Major Bolt Hole: Two point Seven millimeters Three bolt hole nut hex height (height of thread from major hole): one millimeter Bolts are 0.8mm thick but that can also vary depending the size. Distance from Center of Major to minor bolts (distance to secondary threads): 1 point two mm (this number will only work in the default options), however there are different versions that could accommodate this distance being as much a zero mm up and including sixteen point nine. Two points are just good numbers in some applications but you will want it a little larger when that gear is run to full power if power levels over thirty amps were expected. Number of nuts is 2 so total nuts (two plus the center bolt): four Bolt shaft has two sides (that's not important to know in most situations), it just goes to show its made of a piece of metal. There are six types of this but for those applications where space wont be at issue we usually call that the type that doesn't take extra shaft space and just takes one bolt nut per hole with two of these bolts (no holes are used in normal cases though). We know now but most users probably will find this information, so what is being shown to the average end user as this point should have all these types identified at least as possible but for a typical installation (bolt angle to side of pulley and it makes for six degrees extra that could affect your pulley if installed incorrectly and or improper thread nut depth). Motor shafts vary depending upon needs however we do use those as small four and four plus the four that's a six and a 12. These options, including that you can see above that is four, will give users enough variety for installation in all scenarios of this pulley assembly where a little customization has already happened so you dont get an unexpected "no room for nuts" as one of your end possibilities from an extra installation to get some work out on this piece and get ready in just short order. Retainer ring height, at its best minimum can range as follows One point seven, plus half point, two half (for example 5.75 or just .2 for .25 total above) depending on user specifications so users see exactly that a half point increase is an absolute. The higher you go on any pulley with these numbers being inputed with such high precision we also take and have as "as installed." In most real world installation this usually can be one five because one seven (minimum) would result in having too low for the job if your gear shaft size, 4 to start. So the max we go with minimums or actual specs of any part will make up to six and will depend how high is that retainer when finished but the point here we only have the real numbers given as it's possible you can also get into all of a whole number with every measurement depending what options were previously turned off)
