SoliWorks has conducted a plastic analysis on PVC, specifically for ETHYL CORP's ETHYL 7042 product. The melt temperature was set at 198°C, the mold temperature at 42°C, and ejection temperature at 78°C. The resulting part had a volume of 5930.19 cm³ and weighed 7232.55 g. Notable features in the images include liquid pouring gate (Image1), air trap (Image2), and fiber orientation (Image3).
