A relationship commonly used in this project was tangent. After finishing the sketch in 3D I extruded the three rings and the top figure to 10mm, after which using convert entities I was able to transfer and extrude the main body to 5mm. Using the fillet tool I was able to smoothen the circle's edges by 2mm which is where I finished.
