I'm disappointed with the standard filament guide on my printer because it causes tangles, hindering smooth extrusion of the filament. So, I designed and built my own custom guide from scratch. Printed at a precision setting of 0.2 mm layer height, along with 20% infill and honeycomb reinforcement for added stability, my homemade guide is a reliable upgrade over the original part. This was also the first custom object I've ever printed directly from my own CAD design and the outcome exceeded my expectations!
