This heated bed upgrade includes bed leveling knobs, a spacer with QU-BD cutout, and a glass sheet clamping system. Assemble the large spacer parts at 10% infill, drill four 3mm holes in the aluminum bed using the spacer as a template, then print remaining parts at >50% infill for strength. Insert bed leveling screws, attach bed clip assemblies with M3 screws and springs, place your silicone heater or heated PCB on top of the glass, and secure it with a 160 x 170mm piece of glass. Don't forget to adjust z-height, thermistor settings in configuration.h, enable bed PID temperature control, run auto tune with M303 E-1 C4 S90 command, extract PID values from the log, and replace them on lines 174-16.
