I've tested several different extruder designs for my Solidoodle 3, but I couldn't get them to slice properly. So, I decided to design an entirely new one with a few tweaks and enhancements. The results are astounding - this custom extruder worked perfectly from the very first print without requiring any adjustments whatsoever!
