Mount the E3D v6 hot end specifically for Bowden feeding in place. To cool the print effectively, attach a 50mm radial fan - you can find one at an affordable price on eBay. Additionally, this X-Carriage employs three linear bearings that are meticulously crafted, thanks to being re-designed using Solidworks software. I replaced the original design due to its loose-fitting bearings issue when printed initially. You will also find attached solidworks files included for your reference. Please note that the E3D v6 model was downloaded from: https://grabcad.com/library/e3d-v6-1-75-hotend-1 - a generous contribution that I'm happy to acknowledge, rather than claim as my own creation.
