Introducing a carriage designed for use with Bulldog XL, E3D Hot End, and linear bearings, along with lawsy's linear bearing mounts. This innovative design replaces the conventional stacked setup with a snap-in extruder carriage for ease of assembly. Credit goes to lawsy, adrian, and 2n2r5 for pioneering this design. To print it successfully, use solid settings without infill or support on its side at .3mm resolution, with a good brim to facilitate easy removal from the print bed. Some clean-up will be required, especially around nut holders for the belt and fan area. A razor works well for this task. Drilling small holes for fan screws is also necessary. The fan duct support must be removed to allow airflow towards the hot end. The FBCAR.stl file is for forward bearings, printing like an upside-down U with the same settings. Once the rear bearings are in place on the rear rod and clipped, attach the FBCAR to the forward rod. Lastly, add the rear fan assembly, which includes a G-code controlled fan duct, replacing the need for the FBCAR. Glue the fan to the duct (adhesive may be provided with the fan). Happy printing!
