The Malabar 15-gallon hydraulic dispenser is a product designed using the Part and Assembly environment in Solidedge. It has a fluid capacity of 15 gallons (56.8 liters) and operates with MIL-H-5606 or equivalent fluid type. The hand pump delivers 4.0 cubic inches (66 cc) per stroke, and the maximum air-operated pump flow is 4.5 gallons per minute (17 liters). The maximum pump outlet pressure is 100 psi (7 kg/sq cm), and it comes with a standard hose length of 120 inches (3048 mm) and a 2-3 micron nominal standard filter rating. The dispenser weighs 105 lbs (47.6 kg) and features easy-roll, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel casters with 1200 lb capacity rigid, 8" x 2" solid urethane wheels. It was modeled in Solidedge ST6 and rendered in Keyshot 5.0.
