Solenoid Strikers/Mounts
thingiverse
I'm building a pinball cabinet and using small push solenoids as strikers: http://lilmikey.com/2017/02/16/virtual-pinball-cabinet/. The solenoids I bought were missing mounting tabs, so I designed these little strikers myself. They make different sounds when activated - the horizontal striker clicks loudly while the vertical striker can be screwed into various materials like PVC, metal, or rubber to create unique sounds and feels. Right now, they're striking wood backed by felt under my flippers for a deep thud. The solenoids these strikers were designed for are Uxcell 4N Push Type Open Frame Solenoids, Model: a12022000ux0201, available at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008LTHYLA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
