I'm absolutely obsessed with my irrigation system around the house. Being frugal, I decided not to splurge on a top-of-the-line Rain Bird or Orbit water solenoid. Instead, I went for a budget-friendly knock-off from Ebay. To get these solenoids installed on a backplane, I came up with a clever bracket solution. Securing the solenoid onto the bracket is ridiculously easy - just four #4 x 1/2" metal screws are needed to keep everything in place. Have a blast and enjoy!
