Charging headlong into battle is an... uncomfortable proposition, at best. Wouldn't it be cozier to hang out a few miles away, lobbing shells at the enemy and laughing at them? This is the theory that lead to the development of the Field Howitzer, a truly impressive artillery piece. We have made two versions of this weapon of war - a quick-assembly version, to get it rapidly deployed to the battlefield, and a detailed-assembly version for people looking for more of a scale-model approach. The detailed-assembly version is fully articulated, and can be depressed and elevated between -5° and 55° (complete with working equilibrators!) and has a traverse of approximately 20°. It also features a trail that can be shipped or unshipped, a working slide to model the gun recoiling after firing and a screw breech that can be assembled open to show the gun being reloaded. This release also includes several crew pieces and an assortment of ammunition crates. These components can be interchanged with the others in our Soldiers of Vyriya line. What are you waiting for?
