Solderless header pin connector

Solderless header pin connector

I designed this mainly because I was fed up with soldering things to esp32 boards and getting things wrong. This is a tiny, simple part, designed to fit over the pins on a PCB, with enough room for a solid core wire to wrap through it and make contact with the pin. Have a look at the photos to see how I've used them. They're quick to print even at tiny layer heights. **IMPORTANT NOTE** I can make NO GUARANTEES with regards to the safety of this design. I have no idea how much current this can take, so use at your own risk. I'm using this for less than 100mA, which I'm comfortable with. For higher currents, you'll probably want to use a rated connector or solder. **ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE** PLEASE take care when pushing these onto pins! They're a tight fit and with enough force, you could end up pushing the pin into your thumb. I'd recommend squeezing it down gently with pliers.
