I remixed this because I was having trouble getting the arch part to print with any success, even when using full supports. The one time it finally came out right, it was so flimsy that I couldn't use it at all. So, I took it apart, laid the arch flat, and notched the base so you can either attach it in place with a few drops of super glue or (preferably) a quick round of friction welding. You should be able to print this without any supports whatsoever. Enjoy! Edit: I split the two parts into separate .STL files as requested. Edit: I added the spindle, which for some reason had been left out initially. Edit: I also added the correct length spindle, another oversight on my part. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Wanhao i3 clone (IIIP Monoprice version) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: I've included the SketchUp file as well, in case you want to edit it. If you commonly import files into SketchUp for editing, I'd love some feedback on whether there's a better way to do it without ending up with a polygon mess!
