T12 Soldering Iron Version 1.0 !!! Opening picture is version 2.0, but it's the same!!! This is the first version of T12 soldering iron from Aliexpress. You will need printed parts (8 pcs.), M3/M4 bolts (hex socket), electronics (see below) and special M3 square nuts (PDF drawing). Everything is made from Fillamentum PLA Extrafill "Cobalt Blue", but these feet are printed from flex. Pay close attention, as pockets for nuts have to be very carefully cleaned otherwise they will stick there and you can break it. I did not make holes for bolts for power supply, so you must use a 3.2mm drill bit. Not every hole will be through, so use a 3.5mm drill bit too. I will add version 2.0 with "cooling system" and some accessories. Used Bolts: Socket cap: M3x16 (6pcs.) Socket flat head: M3x8 (4pcs.), M3x12 (1pc.) Hex nut: M3(5pcs.) + some M3 bolt to attach supply to floor.
