Universal Soldering Iron Stand. The actual part that holds the iron is custom made from copper tubing. The tubing is cut to size, folded out into shape, and then hammered flat. This stand is designed to hold a soldering iron, brass wool, and two sponges for tip cleaning. The dimensions of the gap where the flattened tube fits are: 50 millimeters wide by 2 millimeters thick by 21.6 millimeters deep.
