SOLDERING IRON - Hercules or Dewalt

Was sent this soldering station by mistake off ebay, reused everything but the case and Tada!, now its useable. I do suggest using the low power protection feature on the iron to prevent the battery from being discharged too low. but overall all you need is one of these irons. two full blade terminals and a little bit of wiring. screws and everything else were salvaged from original device. (the 1" diameter, 1" long block of aluminum acts as a heat sink to store the iron. the iron has a standby feature and if the handle isn't moved for one minute, it turns off and goes to sleep. testing this at 450 and letting it heat up for a minute (multiple times resulted in the aluminum being hot but not to hot to touch, nor did it melt the ABS housing) THERE IS A BUG IN FUSION 360, Sometimes when saving an STL the file will be 10x larger when importing to cura, if this happens use the scale feature to shrink the model back down in cura....
