**To assemble sockets with balls you will need a hot air gun or at least a hairdryer that can blow hot air (you can also try it with boiling water (thanks HMC123 for advice) or open fire, but be careful).** The socket is way smaller than the ball, so it has to be heated before pushing the ball inside. Then tighten the socket with a tightener ring until it will cool down (don't push it too hard, because if you tighten the socket too hard, the ball wouldn't be able to move inside). Cool thing is that if it gets loose, you can heat and tighten it again. :) I decided to make this because other socket arms were very fragile, hard to assemble and become loose very fast. It works best with PETG filament, because it shrinks more, but should work with PLA too. I used these hands to improve this cheap soldering stand from china: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000938427671.html To attach arm to the stand you will need a M3 nut and screw.
