Soldering fume extractor はんだごて吸煙器
thingiverse
Needed a soldering fume extractor, so I designed and built one with all the spare parts I have. Parts that I used 1. 92mm 24V DC fan https://www.digikey.jp/product-detail/en/nmb-technologies-corporation/3610SB-05W-B20-B00/P15576-ND/3594462 2. Active carbon filter 130 x 130mm used by HAKKO https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B004OCSCO6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 3. Toggle switch and a 8 mm DC jack. Instructions: 1. Print 2 x legs and mount them with m3 screws, clear the holes on the leg, but the ones on the bracket should be just tight enough for the screw to hold. 2. Print the filter bracket upside down, flip it to mount on the fan bracket 3. Parts are screwed together with 2 mm machine screw, the fan is held with 4 x m4 screw. *Current design only has one 8 mm hole, I drilled another one as I was too lazy to re-print the part. The filter can be slide in and out for easy replacement. Parts designed in fusion360 and source file included, feel free to make your own changes.
