Soldering Fingers with square base
thingiverse
I really love the original design, but I'm not crazy about working directly on the workbench and would much rather clamp it into my vise instead. Clamping it vertically puts the jaws right in the way, and since the sides are angled, clamping it horizontally just isn't stable enough.\r\n\r\nThis clever remix adds a square base so you can easily clamp it with a vise from the side. The base is the same thickness as the grooves in my panavise jaws, which makes it easy to clamp and very secure indeed.
