Soldering a fan with carbon foam is a great way to keep your electronics cool. Adding LED lighting makes it even better. The computer cooler I'm using is an 80x80mm model, and I need one of them. I also require two button switches for this project. A power supply that provides 12V at 0.5A will be necessary - I'll need just one of these. LED band SMD 5050 with a total of 7.2W is what I'm looking for, and it needs to be around 400mm long. Carbon foam in the shape of ~120x120 mm will also be required. I've got an old office desk lamp that should do just fine.
