We prioritize print stability and surface scratch prevention when setting up our prints. Print settings dictate a solid foundation for success, and the RepRap printer model delivers on that promise. More specifically, our go-to printer, the Prusa i3 Rework, takes center stage. With its robust features and time-tested design, it's the perfect tool for producing high-quality prints every time. One essential factor to consider is adhesion. In this case, we're choosing to go without a raft or supports in order to achieve an optimal surface finish and smooth out potential issues related to warping during printing. Resolution settings will dictate how detailed our prints end up being. A 0.2mm layer thickness allows us to strike a perfect balance between print speed and resolution - just enough to capture fine details while minimizing print time. Lastly, infill percentage determines how much solid material makes up the inside of your prints versus the exterior walls. In this case, we've chosen a 15% infill rate for our objects. This gives them enough internal structure without sacrificing weight or creating unnecessary complexity in their designs.
