Solder Wire Spool Holder

I'm excited about my homemade soldering wire stand! I was fed up with the solder getting tangled on the spool or other objects, so I created this simple solution. My spools have a 1-inch hole in them, which is why this stand has a 1-inch core. I offer two different cores: one features extra ribbing for added grip and the other is just a plain tube. Alternatively, you can use a 1-inch dowel that's been cut down to 1.625 inches long – it works perfectly well!
