Solder Wire Spool Holder

I was fed up with solder getting stuck on things or the spool itself. My standard spools have a 1-inch hole in them, so I designed this stand around that core size. Two different cores are available - one with extra ridging for added grip and another that is simply a smooth tube. Alternatively, you can cut a 1-inch dowel down to 1.625 inches long and it will work just as well.
