This unit fits a 30CC syringe and is modeled after the larger 150CC version. The design of this product was accomplished by James DeVito. Instructions for assembly follow below: Required Materials are: 1. A 12mm tactile switch located here: http://adafru.it/1119. 2. A 3.5mm stereo headphone jack found at this link: http://adafru.it/1699. 3. A 3.5mm stereo audio cable is also needed, which can be purchased here: http://adafru.it/876. 4. Two nuts and screws in a size of 4-40 are necessary for this project. Begin the assembly process by using extremely thin wire to solder together the switch and both the tip and ring of the jack. Fold down the leads underneath to make space, secure both sides around the syringe with screws and tighten.
