Update 07/05/16 added inner + outer 5mm slice STL,for printing in 5mm sections.Print and assemble per thing photos.Update 24/04/16 added DXF laser cutting files,you can now laser cut base assembly.There is a 2mm hole that runs through entire body,this is for a metal rod for added rigidity.Make sure your acrylic or other material is 5mm in thickness.Update 23/04/16 build photos added,much more to follow shortly.Tweaked fan holder mating surface to round detail on sides,it was catching so cut away 0.5mm of material,fits perfect now.RH thumb wheel files added,you have the option of having your thumb wheel on the left or right side of assembly.This thing is a remix of the fantastic fume extractor by sneakypoo.You can now print this thing in smaller chunks for shorter print times.Also you wont have the issue of the support bolt breaking off.You will require 3x m6 bolts @130mm in length,or you could use m6 threaded rod.Design is for left-hand side thumb wheel,if you want right hand side thumb-wheel please download RH side thumb wheel halves.The original hood can be used with this design.Many thanks to sneakypoo for his very original idea.Enjoy.Print Settings.Printer:Da Vinci 1.0 with stock firmware.Rafts:Yes.Supports:No.Resolution:0.2.Infill:High.Post-Printing.Drill out holes for 120mm fan.After printing use a 4.5mm drill bit to clean out the fan mounting holes.
