This Solder Fume Extractor is designed from scratch for a larger fan, drawing inspiration from other models on Thingiverse. The model is also available on my blog as a Fusion 360 file, allowing users to easily modify it to accommodate their specific fan size. This design is intended for use with a 120 x 120 x 25 mm fan. Key features include space for an LED and a small switch in the removable plate, as well as a hole for a 12V power jack slot on one side. I installed threaded inserts in the main body and secured the face using M3 screws. The cartridge is designed to be filled with a filter, such as a piece of a cooker hood filter. The model requires no complex parts to print, making it accessible to users with basic printing capabilities.
