Solder Fume Extractor (120mm fan)

Another fume extractor. I looked at what was available and made my own. I took the idea of a slotted housing for the filter from another design on here and then built that and everything else around the fan body. Fitting the wiring into the control box was a bit tight but It's fairly easy to print and has room for a standard barrel jack, power switch and on/off LED. Fusion 360 source file included. Print Settings Printer: Lulzbot Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: All parts are printed as pictured except for the control box. It's best printed with the screw holes pointing up. You don't have to use supports but there's some decently long overhangs on the taller parts and the support material is easy to remove from the few points it's useful. Category: Tools
