This tool leverages a $10 Ikea work lamp, a $3 AC-DC converter, 90mm carbon filters, some DELS, and a PC 120mm fan to create a valuable and efficient accessory for your workspace. The PC fan and DELs were salvaged, with the DELs connected in two parallel sets of four, linked in series directly to the 12V power source.
