This is my conversion of a dollar store solar garden light stake into a window mounted ( with suction cups ) automatic ( with a switch to turn it off) nightlight/ flashlight. other solar light parts could be made to fit but there are so many I cant really say what will and whont fit. Requires: -1pc solar garden light ( from dollarama Canada ) the light I used came with the switch and battery mounted to one board . -2pc m3x8-10mm fasteners - metallic paint ( or something similar to make the reflector reflect) - clear paint ( for no particular reason I just like smooth parts) INSTRUCTIONS : -Print the lens and panel mount that fits your panel that is installed into you garden light . -Paint the lens portion with metallic paint , then clear coat when satisfied with effectiveness. -Use hot glue to attach the panel to the holder , then solder the leads back on to the board in the appropriate connections . -Use small screw to hold board in place and use hot glue to secure the board further. - Now attach the lens reflector , by feeding the led thorugh the hole ( may need to be cleaned or opened slightly) -Use m3 screws to fasten the 2 cases pieces together. -Glue in suction cups to the holes on the panel side . video available soon : https://youtu.be/2lrU096_8YU https://www.instagram.com/reel/CixbPYCLMPI/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Take a look at my you tube for more creations : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkSoGRqex0ZOloUz2aL7HrA
