Solar Watch Charging Station

My window sill just wasn't doing the job - my solar-powered watch wouldn't charge after being stored in a shut drawer for several months. I decided it was time to take control of the situation and create something that would work perfectly! This custom-made station is designed specifically to accommodate an MR11/MR16 2-pin socket. You can see from the photo that I'm using a 12V LED bulb - incandescent or halogen bulbs might get too hot for this setup, which could cause problems. Luckily, this nifty little station really came through and solved my problem! I appreciate the unique design feature of this station, which resembles a soap dish and provides a convenient recess to hold the watch face in place.
