Given the challenge to design dummy flashing lights that will shine brightly in complete darkness and flash during nighttime as a deterrent, with the added requirement that they can be recharged from a compact 71x73mm solar panel during daylight hours. The lights are powered by two high-capacity Li-ion batteries, which drive two LED bulbs, allowing users to choose between flashing one or both lights simply by fitting two MTS-102 switches at the rear of the housing.
