Solar Powered Micro Water Pump Water Resistant

This is a tiny water pump designed to house a vey small low current motor which can be powered from tiny solar panels. The design is such that the component parts can be 3D printed without supports. Steps to Assemble (see the photos) 1) Fit the motor into the WP Top Sleeve such that the 2mm shaft from the motor sticks through the hole. 2) Hold the Impeller inside the WP Bottom Sleeve with the flat disc presented to the 2mm shaft from the motor which is sticking through the hole from step 1. Push the Impeller onto the 2mm shaft using some force (as the hole inside the impeller to receive the shaft is also 2mm, it is a very tight and snug fit so that when the motor spins, it spins the impeller) 3) Push both parts (the WP Top Sleeve and WP Bottom Sleeve) into the Impeller Base making sure to align the hole in the WP Bottom Sleeve to the hole in the Impeller Base so that the water will flow freely. 4) Test the motor at this stage, it should run silently and freely. If there is noise or resistance, adjust how far the shaft sticks into the Impeller until it spins freely and silently. 5) Insert the wires from the motor through the tiny 2mm hole in the top of the WP Outer Sleeve. Push the WP Outer Sleeve over the top of (1) and (2) - it is a snug fit, push firmly until its all the way in. 6) Test again to make sure it runs freely and silently. 7) Optionally apply solvent cement glue to (1) seal the small hole where the wires from the motor stick out and (2) around the bottom of the outer sleeve where it meets the Impeller Base. This will make the unit water resistant such as for installing into a small pond to make a water feature.
